    STEP 1 - Shampoo

    • Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
    • Apply 2 pumps of Shampoo to your palm and rub your hands together.
    • Apply Shampoo to your hair and massage, ensuring the entire length of your hair is covered, including your hair roots.
    • Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

    STEP 2 - Hair Food

    • After shampooing, apply 1 pump of Hair Food to your hands and rub them together.
    • Apply to your hair and scalp and massage gently for 15 minutes.
    • Rinse with warm water.

    STEP 3 - Conditioner

    • After applying Shampoo and Hair Food, apply 2 pumps of Conditioner to your palm and rub your hands together.
    • Apply to your hair and scalp and massage for 5-10 seconds.
    • Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
