Step 1 in the 4 Step system
Scalp BB Anti-Aging Shampoo or Antioxidant Shampoo or Antioxidant Shampoo for chemically treated hair
Directions Wet hair thoroughly and gently lather shampoo throughout hair and scalp. Gently massage scalp for 15 seconds and rinse out. For best results follow with Follicle Stimulator
Step 2 in the 4 Step system
Follicle Stimulator
Directions after cleansing with Scalp BB Shampoo or Antioxidant Shampoo or Antioxidant Shampoo for chemically treated hair, squeeze excess water out of your hair (this will limit the amount of Follicle Stimulator that runs down your hair onto your face, neck, shoulders and back), apply 12-15 sprays of Follicle Stimulator on the crown of the head. Gently massage throughout scalp for 15 seconds. (It is very liquid and will get everywhere it needs to on the scalp). When you massage it in, avoid having it run down your face. Rinse out after about 60 seconds. (We suggest rinsing your hair backwards to limit running down your face. Many people clean their body while the Follicle Stimulator is on, and they of course sometimes look down while doing it. If there is excess water it sometimes runs down the face. It will not hurt you at all, even if it goes into your eyes. It is designed to bring the blood to the surface and is quite healthy for the skin.) Follow with Scalp BB Conditioner or Conditioning Treatment. TEMPORARY REDNESS WILL APPEAR ON SCALP FOR ABOUT 25 MINUTES.

Scalp BB Anti-Aging Conditioner or Conditioning Treatment
Directions after shampoo and Follicle Stimulator, apply Scalp BB Anti-Aging Conditioner or Conditioning Treatment throughout hair and leave on for at least 30 seconds, rinse and towel dry.

Hair Volumizing Treatment
Directions apply about 8-12 sprays of Hair Volumizing Treatment throughout hair into towel dried hair. Do not rinse out. Style as desired.
