Apply the New York powders to eyes, lips or face. Apply them dry for a soft effect or damp for a bolder color payoff. The Bronx Lashes can be worn up to 20 times with proper care. Trim lashes to fit your lash line. Apply lash glue to the band. If using Circle City Liquid Liner Lash Glue, apply lashes immediately focusing on application as close to the lash line as possible. Press the band into the lash line to create adhesion.
