- Brush eyebrows upward and outward into place.
- To reveal brow color, only twist the tip up slightly (about half a turn).
- Hold the pencil at an angle and use soft feathery strokes to define natural brow shape.
- Fill in any sparse areas for perfectly defined and shaped brows. Don't forget to twist the pencil back down when finished.
- Glide brush upward and outward through hairs to blend.
