• Simply apply at the base of the lashes and push up. Don't worry, the metal prigs are not too sharp, and are completely safe to use around your eyes. Please do be careful though!

Secret Weapon Lash Whip Mascara

• Soft Natural Look:
• Wiggle the brush right at the root of your eyelashes top and bottom. Use it alone for the definition of the roots of the lash line where normal mascara brushes cannot reach to create the look of an ultrafine eyeliner.
• Dramatic Look:
• You may apply any mascara over the top for more thickness, length, and drama

Secret Weapon 4D Lash Primer

• Coat lashes with 4D Lash Primer BEFORE mascara application.
• May apply multiple layers to achieve the desired volume.
