Lip Oil Potion will keep your lips plumped, nourished, and protected with a non-sticky transparent veil or a veil of color with a pleasant light scent. Designed to be worn on its own, over lip pencils or over your favorite lipstick to create a shiny wet effect. Available in clear and 6 sheer colors for a luminous shine and enhanced color.
