Sugar Rush GlowMeUp Palette includes an intense high shine glow in 3 shades. This texture is a light-weight bouncy gel that glides easily onto the skin. It applies wet and creamy but dries down into a powder-like finish. It blends with ease so a little goes a long way, and can be built up to a blinding beam.
