Key active ingredients to fade dark spots, brighten and even the skin tone:

L-Ascorbic Acid - the most effective aqueous topical Vitamin C to boost cellular immunity and prevent premature aging. Provides protection against skin damage induced by UV radiation, reduces erythema, promotes wound healing and suppresses cutaneous pigmentation.
Hydroquinone - a skin bleaching agent derived from potatoes and a potent tyrosinase inhibitor that works by "turning off" melanocyte cell activity.
