Step 1 - Apply ‘BEFORE’ all over your body on dry skin using your hands. (avoid face). For extra scrub use exfoliating mitt with scrub. Leave for 10 mins and rinse off in the shower.
Step 2 - Lather your skin with AFTER body oil immediately after your shower while your skin is still hot, your pores are open and your skin can soak in the oils.
Step 3 - To seal in the oils, apply a top coat of ALWAYS body moisturiser to complete your self care nightly body routine. Tomorrow when you wake up, your skin will be transformed.
