MicroDerma Roller: Roll vertically, horizontally, and diagonally over the whole face for no more than two minutes. The roller can be used on the face and body 1 -2 times a week, depending on results.

Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skin care products.
