Apply a small amount to clean and dry feet daily. Firmly massage from the toes to the ankles. For a long lasting feeling of freshness: massage the top of the foot along the grooves that separate the tendons. Then, massage on top and between each toe, rolling them between your fingers and flexing them back and forth. Massage the sole with the thumbs in an outward direction and then with your fist from the toes to the ankle. Pay particular attention to the ankle, moving up the leg. Finish with light sweeping strokes.
