Truly natural state magnesium (purified by nature) from clear stone bischofiite layers, is a rare find representing only 1% of the magnesium market. High quality magnesium is a molecular game changer.
How to Use:
Soak for at least 20 minutes in a bath or foot bath with the temperature of the water between 101° and 104°F. After the bath, rinse with cool water and pat dry. Food for the skin!
For baths, use up to one full bag.
For foot soaks, dissolve up to 4 cups.
May also be used with 1-2 handfuls of gray celtic sea salt to add natural iodine to the bath. 1 cup contains approx. 90g of magnesium chloride.
