ORGANIC BASES GREEN: Amaranth, Quinoa, Carrots (17%), Chlorella, Fennel (3%), Anise (1,8%), Mugwort, Beetroot (1,4%), Juniper Berries (1%), Yarrow (1%), Caraway (1%), Oats Green Tea, Basil (1%), Dandelion Leaves (0,8%), Coriander (0,6%), Lemon Balm (0,6%), Camomile, Elder Flowers (0,4%), Blackberry Leaves (0,4%), Tarragon (0,4%), Rosemary (0,4%), Sage (0,4%), Stinging Nettle (0,4%), Thyme, Crisped Mint (0,4%), Rooibos, Licorice, Bear's Garlic, Black Cumin (0,2%), Clove (0,2%), Allspice, Ribwort (0,2%), Cumin (0,2%).
Stir the above mentioned amount in water and drink swiftly. After that, immediately drink another 250ml to 500ml of water. To achieve the maximum effect, it is necessary to wait at least another 20 – 30 minutes before eating or drinking (except water).
