For best results, use THE Tan Stick at night, prior to going to bed. First use Steps 1 and 2 to exfoliate and prepare skin. Put on included latex-free gloves to protect hands and apply THE Tan Stick in long even sweeping motions, concentrating on one area of the body at a time. Use gloved hand to rub product in circular motions to ensure even distribution and no streaking. Use sparingly around ankles, knees and elbows. Use THE Back Applicator to apply product to your back. End by applying a small amount to gloveless hands and then rinse the palms of hands. Allow at least 6 hours for product to develop on skin undisturbed before showering. Product will continue to develop after you shower. Complete results in 8 – 12 hours.
