Our Story: Noting a fine fragrance market saturated, with fragrances reduced to a “packaging with a price”, our team arrived with a concept for Poulage Parfumeur, signing the return of “real” fragrances, worked with the passion of the perfumery profession, hence the origin of the brand’s name: Poulage Parfumeur.
POULAGE PARFUMEUR’s fragrances are for those who seek an intimate relationship with perfume. POULAGE PARFUMEUR’s mission is to reunite perfume with rich and natural olfactory perceptions through elegant and addictive signature fragrances. In 2015, they launched a “Space and Time ” collection of four niche fragrances. What is our vision of perfumer’s profession? We think the perfumer should use the necessary raw materials with the needed dosage to reach his idea. This requires an important amount of time and creation freedom. We have chosen to take this time and this freedom. Besides what is our vision of niche fragrance? Firstable, this is the idea that our perfumes are for the women and the men that seek an intimate relationship with fragrance. Therefore, They are addressed to people who would like to put their own personality forward rather than to borrow the one from a celebrity or a famous brand. Moreover Poulage Parfumeur’s peculiarity is to go further than the olfactive description of the perfume. This is why our descriptions are short and does not list all the materials and notes since no olfactive pyramid is able to restitute the perfume’s emotion.

Stéphanie Poulage is a fragrance composer. After receiving a degree in Perfumery in 1991, she worked for the international group (Old Spice, Hugo Boss, Helmut Lang, Hervé Leger) for 12 years. She lived in Europe, Africa, and Northern America and at the gateway of Asia in Dubai. She learned under masters of perfumery in Paris and New York. In 2005, she came back to Paris and strike out on her own. At this moment her project of an eponym brand of niche fragrances started to bloom. After ten years of development, was born in 2015 her own collection of perfumes, that translate her passion for abstract perfumery and show her preference for blends of rare raw materials.Since 2017, she also teaches perfumery formulation at prestigious I.S.I.P.C.A at Saint-Quentin Versailles University
Values & Ethos:
Through our own perfumer, formulation is internal and permits a freedom of choice of the materials. We use the exquisite perfume raw materials that people can relate to like rose oil and absolute, jasmine absolute, vetiver oil, sandalwood oil, for example, from best quality and at a perceptible dosage by customers.
The formulae are unique. They contain a lot of naturals, up to 48%, in order to infuse in perfumes rich and complex sensations. The perfumes are designed to have this effect on the skin. "To create this kind of fragrances is a niche know-how." Having an exclusive perfumer permits the uniqueness in a continuous way.
