Fulfillene has been driven by a higher purpose, there was a gap in the industry, and I wanted to follow scientific evidence, rather than trends. We are advocates in women’s health, unlocking taboo conversations, breaking barriers, and setting new standards for women’s intimate health across their lifespan of experiences. Rooted in science, backed by passion, we started with the roots driving physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, supporting a brand that empowers women to take control of their personal intimate health, and our overall goal is to bridge the gap between health, wellness, and beauty.

Inspired by my patients, and driven by stories of life experiences, Fulfillene was developed because there was a gap in the industry to offer therapeutic effects to preserve and maintain intimate skin.
Our commitment was to develop researched driven evidenced based products created with synergistic patient pending formulations that offer therapeutic ingredients that the skins ecosystem thrives from.
Fulfillene also represents the health of intimate skin, but putting a language to symptoms women have.
Intimate health and well-being seem to be small words, however, they are the heart of every woman’s conversation, connecting the mind, body, and spirit.

Rachael Cabreira, Founder and CEO of Fulfillene, has over 23 years of experience specializing in urogynecology, pelvic and sexual health, and Anti-Aging Medicine.
With credentials that include BSN, RN, MSN, FNP-C, Certified Sexual Health Clinician, and Anti-Aging Specialist, Rachael is also the Founder and CEO of her healthcare practice Innovative Wellness Inc., where she was inspired by her patients to make a difference and discovered a gap in the market — a lack of therapeutic and protective products for intimate skin.
Rachael’s mission is to unlock taboo conversations by providing education, resources, and opportunities to women across the globe. Above and beyond all, she is truly a Femtech pioneer dedicated to the quality and longevity of life for her patients and Fulfillene customers everywhere.
