Remove lid, then twist and pop bar out of the container. You can also "slap" it face down on a firm surface to remove the bar. After the skin is clean and dry, rub the bar on the affected area just until the area is covered and feels slightly sticky. Massage thoroughly into the skin. Stickiness will subside shortly, and protection will last through several exposures to water.
