Balmonds Skincare - Natural Shampoo & Body Wash

Balmonds Natural Shampoo & Body wash is a mild, unperfumed, all-purpose cleanser that cares for hair, scalp and body without aggravating eczema or scalp conditions. This shampoo is soap and SLS free, and it is made with gentle, plant-based cleansers derived from sugar, corn, soy, castor oil and coconut. These gently lift dirt and grease from the hair without stripping the natural oils from the skin or irritating the scalp, avoiding the flakiness and dryness associated with synthetic detergents.

On first use, the product will require several pumps to release the air and begin to dispense. Because the Natural Shampoo & Body Wash is a natural product which hasn't had any synthetic ingredients added, expect it to produce less foam when massaged into the hair or lathered on the skin. It may take a couple of weeks os use to get used to a natural SLS-free shampoo, as the scalp readjusts to natural ingredients. A little goes a long way, if there isn't enough foam, apply more water instead of more product; although it doesn't lather much as a conventional shampoo, it is still effectively cleansing and clarifying the hair. Patch test before use on an unaffected area of skin, close to the affected area and leave for 24 hours to ensure no sensitivities to the ingredients.
