This uniquely formulated setting powder uses rice starch, corn starch, and minerals to create the perfect, flawless matte finish. Youngblood’s Mineral Rice Setting Powder is a lightweight, translucent powder that offers high performance oil-absorbing qualities as well as outstanding setting properties, while being 100% talc-free. It blends beautifully with the loose mineral foundation powders to create the perfect long-lasting matte foundation.

Fair (Light): For use with the following YB Mineral Foundation Shades:

• Pearl
• Cool Beige
• Ivory
• Neutral
• Barely Beige
• Pebble
• Shell

Medium: For use with the following YB Mineral Foundation Shades:

• Soft Beige
• Honey
• Tawnee
• Warm Beige
• Rose Beige
• Sand
• Sun Kissed
• Sun Tan
• Golden Tan
• Tahitian Sun

Dark: For use with the following YB Mineral Foundation Shades:

• Toffee
• Fawn
• Sunglow
• Coffee
• Hazelnut
• Mahogany

Directions:

To prime face for long-lasting oil control: apply rice powder with sponge or brush over desired areas, then apply foundation.

To reduce appearance of large pores: apply with cosmetic sponge before makeup application. Stipple and roll sponge to set the product.

To achieve matte finish when using the Natural Mineral Loose Foundation: blend 2 parts foundation with 1 part rice powder. Apply with brush for shine free coverage.

To set makeup for long-lasting wear: simply dust Mineral Rice Setting Powder over your foundation with large fluffy cosmetic brush.

It makes all the difference. I use right after primer and before the powder and wow. Whenever I use, people remark that I am glowing. If you forget and miss the step for the setting powder, it is never the same.
