Black = dramatic Chestnut = more subtle Slate = Softer
Choose a shadow in a deep to medium hue: Pat the shadow onto your eyelid with
the YB
Eyeshadow Brush – blend the shadow upward to the crease.
Haze or Raven = dramatic Cashmere = more subtle Coco = Softer
Soften the color Transition to the crease area of eye with a lighter shade,
blending in an upward motion.
Transition Shade = Morganite, Tourmaline, and even Coral Reef Blush
Blend highlighter shade with YB
Eyeshadow Brush. Utilize a downward patting motion from underneath
the brow bone to the crease area of upper lid.
Moonstone = dramatic Alabaster = more subtle
For a more dramatic look intensify Eyeliner
with the focus on the outer corner of the eye; include the corner “v”
of the eye and a small amount of liner to the lower outer lash area.
POUTY LIPS
Begin with a natural shade of Lip
liner. Use small strokes from the outer corner of your mouth, avoiding
a hard line. Blend and fill your lips almost completely, leaving the center
clear.
Malt = Fair to Medium Mocha = Medium to Dark
Select a neutral Lipstick
shade. Use YB
Travel Lip Brush, starting at the corners apply lipstick over the
entire lip area.
If your shade appears too yellow or too pink, custom blend with a little of
the opposite-based shade (Example: Warm Beige too yellow – add one of
our pink under tone shades, Neutral or Rose Beige.)
This is best accomplished on a piece of paper towel or in a separate container
with a lid. Begin with two parts of your base shade to one part of the opposite
based color.
Experiment with the ratios. Once you have created your custom shade, pre-mix
in quantity.
• Prime face for lasting oil control.
• Reduce the appearance of large pores (apply under foundations).
• Set makeup for long lasting matte finish (apply over foundations).
• Prime lips and eyes for enhanced performance.
• Absorb excess moisturizer before applying foundation for a flawless
application.
• To lighten or slightly alter foundation shade, blend with your foundation.
Bronzers
Sunglow
and coffee are wonderful as bronzers or in the place of blushes.
Need an instant tan and don’t have time to wait for a Self-Tanner? Try
a small amount of fawn, coffee or Mahogany in your favorite Sunscreen or moisturizer
on your legs.
If it appears too dark put a little water on your hands and smooth over legs.
Blot with a paper towel or Kleenex to set. You won’t believe how natural
it looks. JUST LIKE SILK STOCKINGS!
Create a “Creamy” Eye Shadow!
Blend together a small scoop of YB
Ultimate Concealer in Fair or Medium with a YB
Eyeshadow of your choice and smooth on with a brush or finger tips.
Hint: Jewel tones like Golden Beryl, Fire Opal and Heather Smoke look especially
vibrant for night!
