Better than Bare Escentuals

I cannot use eye pencils and have been looking for an alternative of mineral makeup liners that not a loose powder. I usaed to use Bare Escentual liners powder because I only stick to mineral makeup. I hated it but there was no other choices. I found TRUE liner shadow has much better quality and easy to apply with my liner brush. I still have some BE foundation left but after I finish them I will chnage all my makeup to TRUE. More expensive but much better grade of minerals.So worth it!
