The Balm

I searched and searched for a new eyemakeup remover after Almay stopped making their gel remover in a tube.
This is the best Ive found. Better than Almay or any of the other leading brands. Works wonderfully to take off my waterproof mascara, and lipstick too. Only need a little because it is thick, almost like vaseline, but glides on smoothly with cotton ball or makeup remover pads. No tugging. Definatley the best. 5 stars!
