Sothys cleanser is great, but.....

I love the Sothys cleanser. Therefore I was really disappointed with the delivery of the product because the product was leaking from the lid, probably due to poor packaging or shipping. You should consider shipping the liquid products in a box, rather than a padded envelope to prevent this from occurring in the future. I have been very happy with the product itself, but as you know it is a pricey product, and it should be shipped in the proper fashion.
