The purchaser must acquire a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
at 1-866-830-6161 prior returning any items.
For the case that we shipped an incorrect product(s) or the product(s) is damaged
in shipping. Please notify us immediately via email or call toll-free 1-866-830-6161.
You must then send the damaged product(s) back to us. Once we receive the damaged
product(s), we will immediately re-ship the replacement(s) at no additional
shipping charge to you.
Beauty Bridge gladly accept returns for products upon receiving your items
within 45 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account,
please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product.
We regret that we DO NOT refund original shipping costs with the return.
Once you accept the package, you have the period of 45 days upon PURCHASE date
to return it to us in its original state; the seal should not be tampered with
in any way. You must include all parts, pieces and printed materials to be eligible
for a full refund. After this grace period, we can no longer accept the product.
In instances that you used the product or if any problems occur and you believe
that the product(s) caused it, you have the same 45-day grace period (upon PURCHASE
date) to return the items. The contents of the bottle should be 3/4 Full. The
same holds true for creams and lotions. We DO NOT credit back items that are
almost empty. We will not accept any returns in which the reason for the return
is something beyond our control such as mishandling and/or misuse of product(s),
tampering, etc. A re-stocking fee (15% of the actual cost of the product) is
to be deducted from the purchaser's account if the product returned is used,
tampered, opened or missing any parts, pieces and printed materials that originally
come with the products.
A copy of your invoice should be sent together with the item that you are returning.
Please indicate in the lower portion of your invoice with a brief explanation
of why you are returning the product. When returning an item use a trackable
and/or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return
shipments.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account.
We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note
that your financial institution will likely take approximately up to 7 business
days to reflect this transaction.
Due to individual manufacturer guidelines, we are unable to accept returns
on specific products (e.g. Bare Escentuals, Jane Iredale and md formulations)
as indicated on relevant product pages of our website. These particular manufacturers
are excluded from Beauty Bridge's return policy.
