Directions: Frame your eye by pressing Cat Eyes liner into the roots of the lashes, following your natural lash line, tilting pen up and out when you get to the end of the eye. Now pick a bare hue for a base ? a matte for day, a glow if you need a little pick-me-up, or a glimmer for playful nights out on the town. Smudge darker hues into the lash root. Use the bright POP colours to ?double-line? on top of darker colours, or smudge under eyes for an eye-POP-ing effect.
