I just ordered 2 because I loved the product and have to have it on hand. However, this is not the same wonderful formula that it was. I considered sending the 2nd one back. Why mess with a perfect fomula? I am very unhappy with the new formula. (too thick and not as soothing)

This is a lovely cream that reminds me of Creme de La Mer in terms of richness. I usually tend to have oily skin but it has turned dehydrated as of late (fluctuating hormones and such) so I turned to this cream. I noticed results as soon as I smoothed it on. The next morning, my skin was smooth and fully hydrated. I would not recommend it as a day cream unless your skin is very dry. It did not work well with my powder foundation - too shiny.
The scent is really lovely - reminds me of dusk in Provence with a touch of lemon. . zest.
And for those of you who are into packaging - the metal lid sounds rich sliding off and the glass jar has a real quality heft to it - the kind of jar Joan Crawford would have relished pitching across the boudoir at the skull of a lousy lover.
