Pretty bottle -- no way to use perfume!

Somebody out there is NOT listening to me. I am not enjoying the perfume because I can't use it. There is not a sprayer tube in the bottle. I have asked for help from Customer Service and was told that they would have Nina Ricci call me. I cannot use my $64 bottle of perfume at all. Help, help, help!!
