Well, i've bought three of these so far. The nozzle always screws up and the stream of the actual medication is simular to taking a needle and poking a hole through the cap of a water bottle then squeezing the actual bottle. The first time i sprayed all bottles it worked great, nice fine mist. The second spray is always downhill from there so i actually have to rub it in with my hands. It feels really cold, pretty much like a "burn" sort of feeling. So far it has made my acne quite a bit worse, but I've heard that happens with a LOT of people before it actaully gets better. Using it in combination with murad acne body wash for my arms, chest and back. That area is broken out since I am working out in preperation for my shipment to Ft. Benning for infantry training (Army). My rating is low because it's EXPENSIVE for a SMALL amount of product, if you look inside you'll see basically a "bottle within a bottle" and inbetween the two is a bunch of free space (lasts MAYBE 3-4 weeks when used every day) it seems as if they do it so you run out fast and have to buy more. Also, my rating is mediocre because the nozzle seems cheaply made as it always screws up.
