If you have severe cracking of your skin on your hands or feet, this is the product for you. Rub in a "large" quantity of this product - it should take several minutes for the cream to mostly "dissapear" - and in a few days you will be amazed at the results. I used to work for a contract dermatalogics manufacturer, and we produced this product under contract, and our chemist was convinced that this was the best product he had ever seen.

This is the best lotion ever!!!! My son has mild Eczema in the winter and this is the only thing that works to keep his skin moisturized!!!

you only need to use a little to relieve dry , cracked shin on tyour fingers. It helps greatly in the winter when my skin gets so dry. And a little goes a long ways.

Was looking for a good replacement for Paquins. Although this is pricey, this is not a product I will ever use. I did not like the scent, texture, nor effect. Not worth a dime. Found better products for $1 at the dollar store.

I really like Lotil. Whenever I get a cut or my skin splits on my hands, especially during winter, Lotil helps the skin heal faster.
