It definitely attracts attention with its beautiful blue and green glitter.
Very easy to apply. Can be layered over a navy or teal polish for more opacity.

This is by far the best nail polish I've ever owned! Best colour, and best glitter! I've received LOTS of compliments!

Pros:

Colour, Glitter, Durability, Quick dry.

Cons:

I find that I need to use two top coats, otherwise some of the hexagonal glitters will be chipped off...
