Directions: Prepare the skin to accept an even tan by gently exfoliating

Apply evenly to the entire surface and massage into the skin using long even
strokes. If a deeper color is desired, wait 30 minutes and reapply a second
time avoiding elbows, knees and feet. Wash hands immediately after use. Wait
30 minutes before dressing. Exfoliate and repeat application every few days
as needed to maintain results.
