Peppermint Extract - Derived from the plant found throughout Europe, it produces a cooling sensation due to the compound menthol, which has antiseptic and anaesthetic properties. It also contains the polyphenol anti-oxidant, Rosmarinic acid, which helps to prevent the activation of immune responder cells, reducing tissue swelling and fluid formation.
Thyme Extract - Derived from the perennial evergreen shrub it contains flavanoids, tannins and the phenolic compounds, Thymol and Carvacrol which have antiseptic properties, effective against bacteria and fungi helping to cleanse and heal wounds.
Fenugreek Extract - Derived from the seeds of the plant indigenous to Mediterranean, it has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties due to the compounds of mucilage, alkaloids, tannins and a plant steroid, diosgenin which help the body to protect inflamed tissue.
Salicylic Acid - Derived from the Willow Bark Tree, it is a Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA), that acts as a keratolytic, helping to encourage the shedding of cells in the stratum corneum layer to unclog pores, encourage new cell growth and allow for other skin care ingredients to penetrate more effectively.

Directions: After cleansing, pour a generous amount of toner onto a piece of cotton and wipe face, neck and décolleté. Avoid irritated and sensitive areas. Allow toner to dry naturally. Follow with eye cream, serum, moisturizer and sunscreen.
