This dual-ended pencil is white on one end and pink on the other. When you apply the white side to the inside eye ledge, it makes the eye appear bigger and brighter. When you apply the pink side inside the ledge it gives a soft, radiant effect, especially with green eyes (it's a complimentary color). Packaged with its own jumbo sized sharpener.

It 's so beautiful when you apply this in the inner corner of you eyes. I also use this to highlight other parts of the face: under the arch of the brow, on the nose on top of blush. Stays on very well. The pinkish end is more subtle and natural and the white one gives a stronger brightening effect.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
