Jane Iredale - Amazing Base Loose Minerals SPF 20

Is made from micronized minerals, which have an SPF 20. Amazing Base is a concealer, foundation, powder and sunscreen all in one. Use it wet or dry. It comes packaged in a jar containing 10.5 grams with a sifter, a sponge and a gold lid. It is available in many colors, which are divided into cool, warm and neutral tones. The cool colors have a pink undertone and the warm tones a yellow. On the color chart they are arranged from light to dark.

Micronized mineral bases are four products in one: foundation, powder, concealer and sunscreen, and will disguise almost any skin discoloration.

Formulated with titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, the minerals give instant, broad-spectrum, chemical-free sun protection. They are also very water resistant.

Directions: Amazing Base is best applied with Jane Iredale chisel powder brush for normal coverage and with flocked sponge for heavier coverage. You may also mix it into a moisturizer to make a cream foundation or with our D2O facial spritz for a liquid foundation.

For the money I thought this makeup should have been much better than Bare Minerals, but honestly wasn't any better. Sincerey dissappointed.

I am very happy with this product. Very light, looks natural and doesn't clog pores. I bought both light beige and suntan and mix them; gives me a natural look with some color.

I began using Jane Iredale many years ago from a Spa in Ojai, Ca. I bought it from there until the make up woman left. I then found it in Bakersfield, Ca and, since then, have ordered it through Beauty Bridge along with a few new items. I don't use a liquid foundation and I depend on this for my face along with a little powder bronze base.

I used this for a couple of days and I think the coverage sucks on the few won't to cover a little extra, so I use my bare escentuals under and then take this over. I use the powder brush, I need something that gives more coverage. Sins I have to lay a 100 layers with that brush, bugs me!!

I have used Jane Iredale for many years and have also tried other foundations, powders, creams, liquid to no avail. This foundation never cakes or lokks "tired" even after entire day of working. Great colors that stay true.

love Jane Iredale Amazing Base. follow the instructions about how to apply and you will love it. Some people think it is messy to apply, but if you have even one minute you can apply it with beautiful results. For the quick touchups, use the pressed compact.

i looooove this mineral foundation. Its the best :)you can`t even see that you have makeup on, you only look fresher and better, and it covers well! Last a long time, even if you are active all day :) And it`s sunscreen in it too ...that`s good:)

One of the best mineral foundations out there

This is the third time I've purchased a mineral foundation from Jane Irdale. It gives the skin a flawless finish and the color "satin" suits my Nordic skin very well. I'm very happy that it's now without bismuth. I'm also a big fan of the mineral foundations from Youngblood (actually they are a bit easier and faster to apply), but as they contain bismuth I stick with the foundation from Jane Iredale.

This product is okay...not saying it isn't good mineral make-up but honestlly Youngblood minerals is AMAZING quality and not this high priced. I think it's great if you have can't Youngblood where you are from, but otherwise why pay for those gold casings when you have a better quality product inside Youngblood..Just my opinion!

I used bare escentuals before but having problem purchasing it. This Bare escentuals brand is like a QVC brand and I hate to buy from QVC. I was recommend to use jane iredale which I found it's much better quality and doesn't give me shiny look like bare escentuals.
