Fantastic makeup!

I love Illuminare's concealer/foundation because it is excellent at covering up blemishes and evening out skin tones!

It has a tendency to wipe off easily.I would recommend this item to a friend.

This is my first time to use this product. I thought it would be nice to try one with the matte finish. However, I had not read the instructions for using it until just now that said to use a moisturizer under it if you have dry skin. That explains why it appears to me to have kind of a chalky finish and makes me look paler than the one I usually use. I have just been wetting my face with h2o before applying. I'll certainly try using the usual moisturizer that I apply at night before the make up next
I am not able to give an over-all rating until I apply it correctly for my type skin.
I can't recommend it yet for that reason.

I have adult cystic acne and live in the south where the humidity melts off any makeup I've ever used. This wonder product does not melt off. It says put through heavy sweating all day. Also it has not made my acne any worse or irritate my sensitive skin at all. A little goes a long way. On my clearer days I mix it with "waterproof" foundation I have to give me more shear type coverage. And it stays on just as well. My sweat goes through the makeup so I have clear moisture on my face not makeup colored sweat. I get compliments now that I have pretty skin (if they only knew the ugliness under the illuminare).I recommend this product to all women with sensitive skin and anyone needing to hide blemishes or scars etc. Worth every penny. Also I recommend taking the time for a practice session to learn how to blend to your skin needs as it is very concentrated.
Pros:
Does not sweat off and my sweat is not makeup colored. Does not irritate my sensitive skin. Gives me full coverage all day and blended correctly looks VERY natural. Cons:
Had to buy makeup remover. Regular face soap may not take off. But worth it. I would recommend this item to a friend.
This is a good product - covers well as it says. I just needed to get a darker color.

this is a wonderful cover-up make-up. It's important to get the right color but it does make the face look wonderful.

A Flawless Look!

I have been using Illuminare for several years now and absolutely love it. It will make your face flawless and provide great coverage without giving it a "mask-like" effect. The consistency takes a bit of getting used to. It is very concentrated and a little goes a long way. I like to use Neutrogena Dry Touch sunscreen lotion on first, before applying the Illuminare. It makes it much easier to apply.

Wonderful product! Stays on all day and covers imperfections well. I like that it feels like I do not have make-up on. This is my third time using this product and it hasn't disappointed me at all.

My skin is completely clear of acne! I am a cosmetologist and have access to the finest skincare and cosmetics.
I recieved a sample of this makeup and fell in love. I have struggled with acne for 24 years. At first, this makeup hid the problem, then it went away! I live in a humid climate and my makeup stays put all day, and it's got a sunscreen! It is the end all be all for me!!!

Smooth Matte Finish-Flawless Look

I have tried every department store brand and this one is far superior. The coverage is strong enough to hide patchy skin. The end result is a smooth, matte finish with a diminished look of pores. I sometimes thin it down with moisturizer for a lighter coverage. I am a brunette with fair skin and I use Portofino Porcelain. For summer, I sometimes mix in a little powder bronzer to warm up the shade.

I never thought that I would find a foundation that creates a truly flawless look without having my skin break out. I began using the Ultimate Foundation in Portofino Porcelain and I will never again buy anything else. My oily skin is actually matte throughout the whole day, my pores are practically invisible, and it does NOT cake around any breakouts I may get! Truly worth buying... and a little goes a long way. The thickness of it spreads out and melts perfectly into the face. I love it!
Great Foundations

Wow, I can't believe there are no reviews for any of the Illuminare foundations. Each formula is top-notch and well worth any amount of money. I have been using the Ultimate All Day foundation for years with great results on my very oily skin. I recently started mixing it with the Fantastic Finish foundation in the next lighter shade due to my aging skin finally starting to ease up on the oil production. Again, great results, and the foundations do look very natural. They take some practice to learn how to apply them correctly, but it is worth the time and effort for the flawless and natural look you will get. I highly recommend every formula.
