Directions: For optimal results, use once a day, at bedtime. Apply formula with applicator brush, in a thin line, along upper lash line only at the root area (as though you are applying liquid eyeliner). Use sparingly - only a small amount of product is necessary for each application. If using eye makeup remover, rinse with warm water to neutralize and wait until lashes are fully dry before applying product. Can also be applied to clean brows at bedtime.
