i love this product. best i have used. i have spider veins and use it all summer. works great. dont have to appy for 2 days if i use the setting powder. have use it for years. was a model and no one knew the difference my legs looked flawless. thanks so much for the cover creme.

I bought this product because I have a very deep scar above my right eyebrows and i wanted a thick creme or foundation to soften the depth of the scar and I was quite satisfied.

The texture is thick and that's what i needed , the nude color also perfectly blended with my skin :)

I have been using this product for years . It is great for covering scars and skin discolourations and blemishes. You can also use more than one colour to match your skin colour exactly. I'm very happy with this product.

Disappointed

After reading many positive reviews (including before & after pictures), I bought Dermablend foundation to cover bruises on my cheeks after threadlift procedure. It took me quite sometimes to choose the shade before I finally decided to order Rose Beige Chroma 1. About two weeks after the procedure, the bruises were still there but not as bad as the first week. That?s when my order came so the good point was that I still had a chance to prove if this cream really work wonder.
Following what was said in some reviews, ?a little goes a long way?, I started applying a small amount of cream onto my face, targetting the bruises along my lower to upper cheeks. To my disappointment, it did not cover or lighten the bruises at all. I could still see the bluish mark. . It did not cover my brown spots either. The good thing was that the shade matched my skin tone and it lightened the unaffected areas of my face but that was not my concern as I actually had some foundations that gave the same lightening result.
The next day, while the bruises got thinner, I tried this cream again, this time I put a thicker layer. Again, this cream did not cover even the almost fading bruises. I added Dermablend concealer spf30 and tap it. Overall, the result was far from what I have seen in the pictures. I also had to drag the foundation harder over my face to make it spread evenly as this cream dried so fast (which hurted me, due to the threadlift downtime/side effect). In the evening, when I looked at the mirror, the mid face area beside my nose looked heavy and saggy, as if it were weighed down with the foundation. When I took a closer look, it was cakey and the bruised areas looked scaly.
Did I not apply the cream properly or did I miss a thing? Using this product really frustated me while I was in need of a great product that could greatly cover bruises in an instant. Now I?m still looking for another brand that really gives what it promises as I still have to repeat the threadlift procedure.

Pros:

Its lightening effect on skin tone when applied thinly.

Cons:

This cover cream does not provide full coverage. It is no more than ordinary foundations.
The cream is extremely dry that it is hard to spread evenly over the face. It is cakey.

I have a port wine stain type birthmark on my face and I have used Dermablend for years. It provides great coverage. I find the tinted setting powder is a must. It helps to blend the color across the rest of my face, makes it last all day, and gets rid of the shine. I have tried other products, but nothing else has the complete coverage that Dermablend provides.

I have been using this cover creme for 30 years. I like the old formula better. After all these years I still have a hard time with the right color. I keep trying to find the right color for me. But it does cover my birthmark and stays on.I do wish I could knock out the shine. Other than all that I still give it a five rating.

I liked the product, has excellent coverage, sun protection factor is great, did not give me blackheads or pimples, just thought my skin was oily fast because until the finish is not dry Dermablend then failed to hold a long oiliness, but overall the product is great and exceeded my expectations.

The Best Cover Creme EVER!

I have roseacea and have never found a cover creme that comes close to Dermablend. It is the best! It is easy to apply and it doesn't feel like 'pancake' make-up. In fact, there is no feeling or smell at all. It lasts all day long but I sometimes need to touch up if I'm going out in the evening. It comes in many many shades to match your skin tone. Getting the right shade may be tricky. I have two shades; one for winter and one for summer when my face is slightly tanned.

I know I sound like a commercial but I love it. I originally bought it from the Shopping Channel in Canada but they do not stock it anymore so I located it on Beauty Bridge.com. I only wish that I could buy it in Canada or through a Canadian website so I do not have to pay the exchange rate and credit card fees.

Derma blend - cover creme is the best coverage foundation I've found in 10 years. I have derma-spots where my skin holds dark pigment in spots and this Derma blend covers them without irritating, without looking like chalk and without looking like a glob of coverup. It blends into my skin and looks natural. Use the spatula to add a dab to your hand, rub it in a circular motion to warm it and smooth it on your face. It stays on through water, swimming, showers, rafting, working out/sweating. To take it off, just wash face with a facial cleanser and pat dry. Follow with your regular facial cleansing regime.

Difficult to find in store thus tough to find the right shade color for the season.

Best Concealer I Have Found

This product is amazing. It took care of the dark areas under my eyes and acne scars no problem. Great coverage, does not feel "pancakey" unless you keep it in a cold area. I use it after I get out of the shower and the heat from the steam seems to loosen it right up so that I can apply it without having to warm it up on my hand. Also, a little bit goes a long way. I spent so much money at drugstores trying out different kinds of concealers but none of them work like this. Definitely worth the $32 price tag because I know it will last a long time and give me the result I want. The only downside I think is it sometimes creases up under the eyes, but I found that if you use a little powder (any will do) that doesn't happen as much. Thanks!!

New Formula Still a Drag

Though I love Dermablend cosmetics, I still have an issue with the "drag effect" when applying. I know that "patting" is the way to go for covering blemishes etc., but for larger areas, I was hoping that the new formula would be somehow creamier. Of course, there is always the liquid in the tube, but I actually like to use both. Nevertheless, I am a committed user.

Colors are well formulated, good and convenient packaging, very long lasting

Wish it would "spread" with a little less drag.

I have used Dermablend before as I do have Rosacia. This is my first time to use it with sunscreen in the product. I sometime feel it does cause a slight burning sensation but not enought for me to stop using it. I am going on a trip and I think the sunscreen will be great in my make-up.
