Favorite Scent

Have been wearing this scent for over 10 years and always receive compliments when I wear it. It is my favorite Caswell-Massey scent by far. This is the fourth bottle I have purchased of it. It was listed in an article by a national womans magazine as comparable to a perfume that costs $1,000.00 an ounce that is made in a limited addition and only produced once a year. You can not go wrong purchasing this cologne or perfume. It has a lovely, noncloying, light scent.

I was constatly looking for an acurate redition of the lily of the valley scent. My husband ran across the Caswell-Massey version in Kirksville, MO, when we were visiting there. He got the information and ordered some for me. I absolutely love it. He has passed on now so I have to order it myself...an do.

Pros:

The accuracy of the scent; how long it lasts, the fact that the scent stays true with length of wear. It is strong when first sprayed but as soon as dry it is of pleasant strength and long lasting. I recieve many complements on it.

Cons:

I used to dislike having to order the product as apposed to buying locally, but with the internet, it's no big deal.

Scent very overpowering

Scent is not a true lilly of the valley, it has a very overpowering scent of alcohol, can't use more than one short spray and even then it doesn't smell like lilly of the valley, the scent of the powder is slightly better, I was disappointed with this product
