This Perfumer started back in the 1700s, I am sure it's lasted because the fragrance is so rich & feminine. I have used it for 15 years. I was thrilled when I found it on your site Great item---Great price!.

When I was 8 years old, my parents got a magazine that had a little catalog insert from Caswell Massey. I looked through that catalog until the pages were ragged. The blue glass bottles, apothecary jars, and exotice names like 'Damask Rose' and 'Elixer of Love' fascinated me.

20 years later, something jogged that memory, and I realized I still was fascinated by those items. LOL. So I ordered the Elixer of Love set, and some of the flower waters. They definitely do themselves justice, Elixer of Love is a gorgeous scent and is comforting and relaxing to use before bed, and bring back happy memories of my first 'beauty junkie' experience!
