Foot Soak Mile

I opened the box and discovered it was the wrong item. I wanted the mild fool balm. (lotion) what do I do now?
I tried calling the number on the return slip but was unable to talk to a representative or leave a message? I would like to order what I thought I originally ordered the mild foot balm.
What do I do next?
