Disappointed with the product

I purchased the Anthony Logistics Anti-Aging Starter Kit as a gift for my boyfriend because I know he is a fan of using other Anthony Logistics products such as the face wash and shave creams. My order from Beauty Bridge arrived quickly and in good condition; however, I was disappointed when my boyfriend tried to use the products but the pump bottles did not work. The lotions would not dispense from the bottles (with the exception of the one squeeze bottle). He had to screw the caps off in order to get any of the product out. He also mentioned to me that the products made his skin feel tight and dry. I was disappointed that the products did not dispense like they were supposed to, especially after paying $50 for 3 small bottles.
